01. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, updating, or using any mobile application, utility software, or digital video game published by PixelCraftin Studio (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of our apps and games.

02. Limited License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PixelCraftin Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download and install a copy of our apps and games on an Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and utility purposes.

03. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your territory to consent to digital services). If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

04. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Virtual Goods

Our games and apps may offer you the ability to acquire virtual currencies, game energy, cosmetic skins, levels, or premium features ("Virtual Goods") or subscriptions using real-world money.

• Google Play Billing: All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store billing platform and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
• Virtual Items Status: Virtual Goods represent a limited, non-refundable, non-transferable license and have no monetary value outside the specific game or app. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for real currency.
• Refund Policy: Except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, all purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play Support pursuant to Google Play's standard refund policies.

05. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

When participating in our games, multiplayer leaderboards, or using our tools, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, memory editors, or unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
• Exploit glitches, undocumented features, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage or artificially inflate leaderboard scores.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of our services, servers, or APIs.
• Harass, abuse, or submit harmful, offensive, or malicious content via in-app feedback or contact channels.

We reserve the right to reset scores, invalidate achievements, or ban access for players who violate fair play guidelines.

06. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Services (including but not limited to source code, graphics, animations, user interfaces, 3D models, audio tracks, sound effects, characters, logos, and trademarks) are owned exclusively by PixelCraftin Studio or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by PixelCraftin Studio.

07. Updates, Patches & Service Availability

We may release mandatory or optional updates, patches, bug fixes, or balance changes for our games and applications from time to time via the Google Play Store. To continue using the software, you may be required to install the latest available version.

We strive to maintain high availability of online services (such as cloud saves and leaderboards), but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetual availability of any specific online game feature.

08. Third-Party Content, Ads & Links

Our software may display third-party advertisements (via networks such as Google AdMob) or include links to third-party websites. PixelCraftin Studio does not endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or goods/services offered by third-party advertisers.

09. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling all copies of our apps and games. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXELCRAFTIN STUDIO, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
